Meet the new and upcoming AI-powered tools assisting your workflow

Summary:
Chaos is expanding its AI-powered ecosystem with tools built to support creativity. Veras 3.0 introduces an image-to-video generator, while the AI Material Generator creates custom textures in seconds. New tools on the horizon will make projects faster, smoother, and more refined than ever.

As Artificial Intelligence revolutionizes ways of working worldwide, Chaos is at the forefront, building AI-powered tools to assist those in architecture. Far from making products that override or replace human creativity, Chaos is designing AI tools to help support co-creation and enhance work, giving professionals back time and helping them reach the final stages of a design quicker.

Recently, Chaos attended Autodesk University 2025 and announced the new and upcoming AI tools that architects, designers, and visualization specialists can look forward to using in the coming months. Read on to learn more about the tools and upgrades soon joining the Chaos ecosystem.

Image-to-Video generator in Veras 3.0

The release of Veras 3.0 packs a massive punch with the addition of the new Image-to-Video generator. This AI-powered visualization tool transforms static renderings into dynamic, five-second animations created using simple prompts. Users can add motion like panning or zooming, atmosphere through weather effects and time-of-day shifts, and moving elements such as people, cars, or water.

Far from being a general-purpose AI video tool, the Veras Image-to-Video generator has been designed explicitly for AEC workflows. It integrates natively with Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other modelling software. It’s perfect for creating engaging client presentations and exploring different motion concepts during design reviews and form-finding studies.

AI Material Generator

The new AI Material Generator is another massive time-saving AI-powered tool, transforming any photo into a custom, realistic material in just seconds. It’s the perfect companion for those moments when you realize a texture isn’t available online, explains Agnieszka Klich, co-founder and archviz artist. ”The Material Generator lets me quickly create a material without disrupting my workflow.” Then, once your custom material has been created, you can store it in Chaos Cosmos for quick access when you need it.

The AI Material Generator is currently available in Corona, Envision, and V-Ray for 3ds Max, but will soon be rolled out to other Chaos products, including more V-Ray integrations and Enscape.

Chaos AI Enhancer before and after results on people asset

Alongside the Image-to-Video feature and the AI Material Generator, several tools and upgrades have joined or will join the Chaos ecosystem soon. These tools are trained using ethical standards and give users new and efficient ways to create. The upcoming tools and features include:

  • Advanced User Controls in AI Enhancer (out now!): The AI Enhancer for Enscape, Corona, and V-Ray 7 for 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit now offers even more options for refining people and vegetation assets. These controls allow users to adjust the appearance of people assets, such as age, ethnicity, and clothing style, or refine vegetation for natural, photorealistic results.
  • AI Upscaler (out now!): This AI feature, available on Chaos Cloud Collaboration, lets users get high-resolution renders for free by enlarging render outputs by two or four times, all while preserving detail and photoreal quality.
  • AI Mood Match: Users will be able to match complex lighting and environment settings automatically to a reference image, eliminating the need for manual sky and sun adjustment.
  • AI Material Recommender: AI-powered material search within Chaos Cosmos will offer users context-specific recommendations, making it easier to find the right fit instantly.

With more AI-powered tools integrated into Chaos products, you can lean on them for the small, repetitive tasks that take up scarce time and energy. Explore them now and see how they can support your work, providing the final layer of polish and wowing clients.
