Something for everyone: Chaos Cosmos adds 7,000+ new 3D assets

Summary: Chaos Cosmos is growing even further. As part of the Chaos partnership with Evermotion and Globe Plants, Cosmos has added over 7,000 new assets to its database. The latest additions include assets in the agricultural and industrial categories, as well as vegetation and more. This release is part of an effort that will ultimately see over 30,000 new 3D assets added to Cosmos.

Christmas has come early for Chaos Cosmos users! 🎁🎄

Today, the largest, curated 3D asset library has grown once again with the addition of over 7,000 new assets as part of the Chaos partnership with Evermotion and Globe Plants.

These new additions include assets covering the agricultural and industrial categories, broadening the scope of the library and giving users even more ability to create accurate renderings.

Plus, users now have even more options in existing and frequently used categories, including vegetation, building parts, bathroom fixtures, food, furniture, decorations, and accessories. Each asset is render-ready, enabling artists to work with flexibility and speed without disrupting workflows.

7,273 new assets from Evermotion and Globe Plants

Regardless of whether you use V-Ray, Corona, Vantage, Enscape, or Envision, Cosmos provides a seamless and unified experience for adding 3D assets to your scenes. Each asset meets the high Chaos standards, is ready-to-use, and optimized for a lightweight performance in the viewport while delivering photorealism in the final renders.

Here’s what you can expect in this latest release:

How to use Chaos Cosmos

Finding and adding the perfect asset to your scenes is a breeze. The Chaos Cosmos Browser is part of the installation of all Chaos renderers, so once you’ve installed your renderer of choice, you have full access to its downloadable content.

Browsing and adding new assets:

  1. Click the purple Chaos Cosmos icon in the host platform you’re using, e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
  2. Search for the asset of your choice using either the search function or browse by category or most popular.
  3. Once you’ve found an asset you like, either click the blue Download icon or click the asset for more information, e.g., the creator, category, space, color of the asset, or the associated tags, which may help you find other useful assets for your project.
  4. After you download an asset, it is saved locally and can be reused across different host platforms.
  5. Use the Import button to bring the asset into your host platform and position it where needed in the scene.

New assets + AI Material Generator = even more customization

These new assets are not the only addition that Chaos Cosmos has had in the last 12 months. In addition to the thousands of assets added earlier in 2025, Chaos also released the AI Material Generator. This tool transforms any real-world surface photo into a seamless, render-ready PBR material, allowing users to customize renderings without overcomplicating their workflow.

But wait, there's more!

While this might be the final Cosmos release for 2025, we’re not slowing down! This is just the second stage of our Evermotion and Globe Plant collaboration, a project that will ultimately add more than 30,000 new assets to Cosmos, expanding the library by over 400%. Stay tuned for more assets that will enable you to create the exact scenes your archviz project demands.
